Review by hotel critic
I recently spent a night at Villa Hamorebi, and while it wasn't entirely what I expected, there were some noteworthy aspects. The hotel is nestled in a tranquil location, far from the typical tourist hustle, and boasts a spacious bungalow that was well-furnished and comfortable. The hot tub was certainly a highlight, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the nearby sites. The shared outdoor terrace felt private and serene-ideal for a quiet morning coffee or evening relaxation, although our second day was dampened by rain. Breakfast at the associated ryokan, Mizuha-so, was a pleasant surprise, featuring both Western and Japanese options, and I appreciated the friendly staff who were eager to help. Villa Hamorebi offers a decent retreat for those looking to step away from the crowds. It may not be the most budget-friendly option, but the experience has its own appeal for anyone looking to recharge.
